"We finally found a CRM provider that suits us".

Elitech France is the exclusive national distributor of ElitechGroup products, a manufacturer of molecular biology oriented medical devices, present on international markets.

The company, which has been in existence for more than 20 years, distributes products from other manufacturers in related ranges and targets medical analysis laboratories and hospitals, with a sales and customer relations team of around ten people. Its headquarters are in Puteaux and an operational unit is located in the Var.

 

Sylvie Saurine, Operations Director, oversees sales administration, purchasing and stocks, technical support, regulations and tend ers. She testifies to Kestio' s contribution to the use of the CRM solution Salesforce, the leading solution on the market: "We installed Salesforce in 2015 but experienced difficulties in setting it up. Without advice and support that was really geared towards our uses and following a few disappointments with our service providers, we called on Kestio in order to make good use of the tool."

Kestio: How did the mission start?

Sylvie Saurine : We started the collaboration with Kestio with two days of face-to-face training with the sales teams.

The aim was to put them into the general context of the company and to propose a common knowledge repository on business processes, the use of a CRM, objectives and common interest.

 

Then we started regular online coaching with the Kestio teams to train the Salesforce CRM project managers: sales, marketing and operations departments. This format allowed us to take into account the specific needs of each one in a very efficient way.

For example, the creation of certain fields or the import of ERP data with additional tools such as Dataloader, and changes in parameters. We have discovered functionalities, uses and optimised very quickly. We have a rhythm of 1 to 2 sessions per month, which we take in turn according to our needs.

 

Kestio : Is this enough for your needs?

Sylvie Saurine: For the moment, yes.

In fact, we appreciate the relationship of trust and the fact that we can go at our own pace, not being pushed to consume the service and the days. For example, we have sometimes done a session with three people without the bill being tripled! It's a long-term relationship, to help us grow. 

 

The aim of the consultants is to make us autonomous and this is very pleasant. They are also very available: one day we had an emergency for an import issue and the solution was found within a day.

Kestio : What about the proposed video-conference support solution?

Sylvie Saurine : From a technical point of view, the video session works very well.

 

We receive a connection link that we just have to activate. We exchange information without any problem and we can even share documents. For us, who are spread out between the Var and the Paris region, we save a lot of time and it's a real gain in performance.

 

Kestio: Do the results follow?

Sylvie Saurine: We still have a lot of work to do, but we are already seeing a better use of the Salesforce tool by the whole team.

 

In fact, the regular follow-up with Kestio ensures that the CRM topic remains at the top of the pile and does not get diluted in the daily routine. As a result: we move forward and it boosts us !
