To achieve your goals and make it dynamic, this workshop is limited to the first 10 registrants. 

  • Is generating new business not enough ? 
  • Are some of your sales representatives regularly underperforming against their targets ? 
  • Is the CRM not filled in and are the results managed at the end of the match?
  • Is the volume of sales appointments too low compared to the objectives to be achieved?

Participate in this workshop to set up a structured sales department.

10:15 am – 10:30 am: welcome

10:30 am – 12:30 pm: workshop & discussions

12:30 pm – 2:00 pm: lunch 

 

This workshop will be based on a co-development format. It will be based on sharing and studying issues encountered during your participations, in order to identify concrete solutions.
